Established in 2006, Midnight Fabrications is the umbrella corporation owned and operated by Erik Raymond encompassing music projects Non-Zero and Hiigarrah as well as legacy projects Nataz and 30odd08.  

Based in southern Ontario Canada, Midnight Fabrications provides services related to artist representation, management, apparel merchandising, live event music resources and performances.  
In addition it is responsible for Midnight Fabrications Apparel, a brand providing merchandise for it's artist roster as well as a variety of exemplary consumer items.
